We have been conditioned from birth to use the 5 sensory tools that we use daily, see, hear smell, taste and touch. These are a very limiting way to live.
We must study and famaliarise ourselves with the 6 higher mental faculties that we all possess. The faculties are:
- Perception – POV / Everything has its opposite.
- Will – Gives us the ability to hold one idea in the screen of our mind.
- Imagination
- Memory
- Reason – Gives us the ability to think.
- Intuition
Each of these can be improved through consistent application.
As a baseline, there is no such thing as a bad memory, only weak and strong memories.
Reason gives us thought. Only think on the positive pole…How we can, solutions-based etc.
In life, we have 2 choices to all situations, we either react or we respond. When you react to outside events, it has control over you.
When you respond, you maintain control.
Take a look at a result, adapt, start a new train of thought.
Perception – Point of View – change your perception – change your point of view.
Will – The ability to focus and concentrate.
Exercise – Light a candle and stare at it until you become one with it. Stare at a dot on the wall until you become one with the dot. This exercise makes your mind stronger.
Intuitive factor – Get tuned in with your higher mental faculties / tools.
