There are 2 parts of your mind; Conscious Mind = Gathers information.
Subconscious Mind = Controls Behavior — aka Paradigm – that governs our habits automatically.
There is a huge difference between knowing the path and walking the path.
Environment is more important than hereditary.
We must learn to internalize our thinking, which is done by Repetition + Behavior change in line with your goal.
You need to change your Paradigm (Collection of beliefs / behaviors pre programmed in your mind)… In order to change your results.
Why do people behave as they do? Why don’t they behave how they want?
…= Your Paradigm is the problem in everything we do. Paradigms control your behavior (habits), change your behavior, change your results.
Your previous thinking has caused your current set of circumstances… so change it, daily, incrementally and by using the power of compounding daily.
Why do people behave as they do? Its Your Paradigm that is controlling your behavior, not the knowledge you’ve gathered. Paradigms are the problem in everything we do.
**Action steps to implement in relation to Lesson 2 – The Knowing / Doing Gap:**
- As soon as you get an idea or activity, act on it immediately.
- Pretend + Visualize yourself already having your goals – feel it with Emotion and Intention – Act – Walk – Think & Talk like the person who has succeeded.
- Persistence: ” You can either climb the mountains, or remain in the foothills”. Any successful person will tell you that PERSISTENCE is absolutely essential to climbing the mountain and changing your results. Whatever you conceive and believe, through persistence you must achieve. Go and do it. Study success. Choose your want and persist. Life will then be what its meant to be.
