“The purpose of a goal isn’t the end result but the growth and the person you need to become in order to achieve that goal”.
Exercise to adopt: Write your Goal card.
- Writing a concise, specific statement of your goal and reading it multiple times a day to impress onto the subconscious mind.
- Template: …”I am so happy and grateful now that by [specific date], I will have in my possession [specific amount of money/description of goal], which will come to me in various amounts from time to time during the interim…
- In return for this, I will [describe what service/value you will provide].
- I believe that I now have this [ Money/goal] in my posession. I can see it with my eyes, I can touch it with my hands…
- Use this template to create your goal, write it down 2-3 times per day and set daily action steps for the completion of your set goals.
