#1. Make your bed ( 3 mins ).
#2. Meditate – 10 / 20 mins per day.
#3. Do 5 – 10 reps of something (Prime + wake up practice).
#4. Prepare Titanium Tea: Loose leaf – Black Tea / Dragon well green tea / Turmeric / ginger / coconut oil / quest mct oil.
#5. Morning Pages – 5 Min Journal. ( 2 types of daily log)
