Radical Acceptance = means to accept completely reality as it is, without judgement or trying to resist it. Fighting reality creates suffering, while accepting it allows you to heal and move forward.

  1. Identify your reality – focus on facts / strip away opinions / accept what is out of control.
  2. Notice your inner resistance- Observe tension in body / thoughts / feelings.
  3. Turn mind toward acceptance – Make a choice to consciously stop fighting reality / It is what it is / Repeat this mantra.
