- Meditation – Focus on 5-10 mins of daily meditation at the start of your day, middle of the day (Lunch) and before bed.
- Set yourself phone boundaries. Be disciplined.
- Leave your phone on ‘Do Not Distrub’.
- Working out in silence.
- Keep moving.
